Aidan watched as Voltrick dug up the grave. His hand had inched to the ground, clawing the dirt in his nails as though he were joining in the effort.

The blood from his shirt began to soak his thighs as they pressed against his stomach. Later, Aidan began to notice the red and tugged the collar of his shirt down, exposing the bloodied flesh underneath. Taking the hand he had been digging with, Aidan used a finger to gently examine the wound. It was deep...blood was still trickling out. He pressed a palm against it, but the blood only seeped through his fingers within after a few moments. Aidan began to see the large amount of blood he had lost, causing him to feel lightheaded either to the loss or the sight.

"...Voltrick...?" he whispered gently as though to himself

Voltrick's head quickly snapped over toward Aidan as he was addressed. The weakened tone of his voice made Voltrick react even quicker. Seeing Aidan's failing state, he forced the shovel into the dirt and quickly approached Aidan.

"Come on..." Voltrick said before grabbing Aidan's wrist and raised the cat's arm over his shoulder. "I'm getting you back to the inn." Ignoring any retaliations from Aidan, Voltrick proceeded with raising Aidan to his feet.

Not arguing with Voltrick's movements, Aidan was secured and held by the tiger. His head lowered tiredly but his eyes darted around until they rested on the two figures on the ground.

"Wh-What about them?" he asked worriedly, a hand clutching Voltrick's shirt for support.

Voltrick's gaze followed Aidan's and settled upon the two on the ground. With a lowered brow, Voltrick replied. "I'll come back for them and make sure they're buried correctly." Voltrick wouldn't say it outloud, but he also intended to burn the cabin down as well.

Aidan frowned, but lowered his eyes in acceptance. A sharp sting began to hurt Aidan, grabbing hold of his wound with gritted teeth.

"I'm sorry...Voltrick." he said, dipped brows lowering over his eyes as he made the apology. He didn't want Voltrick involved in this...it only caused the tiger more trouble.

Voltrick lowered his head to look down upon Aidan before looking forward again and walking forward, helping Aidan walk. "There is no need."
